You can return a product within 14 days of delivery.
Please note that the returned product must be sent back in the exact same condition as you received it. All returned products will be inspected. They should be unused and packaged in the original box.
If a product is damaged upon arrival, we recommend contacting us directly. Send photos of the damage to our customer service: we will get in touch with you for a solution as soon as possible.
When returning a product, the costs are at your expense.
We recommend shipping the product with registered mail: you will be responsible for the return journey.
For international orders (outside the European Union), you will be responsible for the return costs and additional fees such as VAT and import duties.
